Today as the simplest by FAR! Tonight we had smashed red potatoes (added parm and garlic again) and meat loaf. But the meat loaf was made in the crock pot. It was great. Took about 5 minutes to mix together this morning. Next time will add some more veggies like carrots and celery. I also used ketchup and not BBQ sauce on top, for the kiddo. Once again no complaints from the hubby on this one!
