Today as the simplest by FAR! Tonight we had smashed red potatoes (added parm and garlic again) and meat loaf. But the meat loaf was made in the crock pot. It was great. Took about 5 minutes to mix together this morning. Next time will add some more veggies like carrots and celery. I also used ketchup and not BBQ sauce on top, for the kiddo. Once again no complaints from the hubby on this one!

I just wanted to recommend to anyone in the south Puget Sound area a company called
Accurate Mobile RV Repair. We called these people, Wanda and Josh to help with some electrical issues we were having with our travel trailer. We set up an appointment for them to come out and I talk at length with Josh about our issues and he gave us some suggestions on things to check before he came out.

Sure enough I checked them out and one of them was the problem. They were very reasonably priced I thought, even though they id not have to come out. No "hidden" fees very up front and offered free advice. I highly recommend them to anyone having issues.

So today is day 2 of the Wii Fit too!
A little sore from yesterday not bad. The thing I like the best is is MAKES you do the exercises correctly. Of course I am sure you can cheat. But if you don't and actually try it helps you do them correctly by showing you where your center of balance it.
AND I like that you have to unlock the exercises because they are harder and it gives you something to work for.
My husband is complaining already! I did 35 minutes yesterday and 30 today. He did only 15 yesterday and only on like 6 minutes today!
I recommend this one!

So today is Day 2 of our Lily on the fly meals. Yesterday we had Parsley Buttered Potatoes and Chicken on a Bun SUPER easy and all cooked in the microwave! We added garlic and some fresh parm to the potatoes but other than that they were great! Hubby even liked it!



Tonight we had oven baked ravioli. Once again, SUPER easy, hubby AND 4-year old LOVED it!
