T-Mobile "Charges"

So I purchased a new Blackberry 8800 in February and by March it was not charging properly so after like a one hour conversation they said they could send me a new one under warranty, why it took an hour to find out, go figure! well anyways I get my bill today and a $15 charge to send me the phone!

So I call and they said well we have noted that you were told that. We would not have been able to send you the new phone if you were not informed of this.

So some guy checks the button that says he "informed" me and I have to pay for it. NICE! Not really. I guess these are not the only "charge" issues they are having. See issue below:
