What are your top 5 New Year's resolutions for getting healthy and fit in 2010?

1. Cut down on Starbucks, notice I did noot say CUT OUT. I also cut down on the size, grand to a tall.

2. Cut out/down on regular soda. Switched to diet.
3. Pay attention to what I eat. It really makes a difference is you are concious of what you eat.
4. Start working out more. My dumbbells, jump rope and pedometer will be here today!!
5. Be more active in general!
