Protect Your Children with Organic Milk

Just a couple months ago I was seeking advice on organic milk because Little Princess is drinking SO much milk and I wanted to make sure she was not getting too many hormones!

One of the most consistent concerns I have as a mother is how to protect my children in every way possible. Are they developing correctly both physically and mentally? Are they getting the love and attention they deserve? Are the meals I’m feeding them nutritious enough? Have we spent enough time with homework? Are they watching too much DISH Network television programming? Sometimes the worrying consumes me while I lie awake tossing and turning at night. Eventually, I regroup and realize that the best I can do is all that they need. Something else I’ve also noticed that has really put me at ease is how I can protect my children by giving them organic milk.

Everyone knows milk in general is a great source of calcium and a necessary part of a well-rounded diet. Taking that one step further, there are so many other benefits with organic milk. Organic milk has more Omega 3 which is a necessary or essential fatty acid that the body needs. The body needs natural items that contain Omega 3 fatty acids because it cannot produce them on its own. Omega 3 fatty acids contribute greatly to the health of the heart and the brain amongst other things. When I know my children are protected with these vital nutrients, I can definitely sleep better at night.

Other great aspects of organic milk are that it also includes more CLA, antioxidants and other vitamins that what one would not find in conventional milk. Children absolutely need to be fed right in order to ensure their healthy growth and development both physically and mentally. While organic milk is quite a bit better for your child’s health, it is important to understand why regular milk might be avoided. Non-organically grown cows are fed with hormones and antibiotics to help them grow faster and bigger. These chemicals are incredibly harmful for the body; they can build up and then lead to disease. Children’s bodies need more vitamins and nutrients-not chemically processed hormones and antibiotics. We parents do what we can for our children and we know that they are our number one concern at every moment of the day. It’s so great to know that there’s one less thing to be concerned about when I protect my children with organic milk.
